The Solution:

  • Complete digital transformation, involving new Commerce, PIM, OMS and middleware, all connected with real-time integration with existing ERP and POS;
  • Aligent’s team designed the architecture and created the industry-leading headless frontend, while empowering and up-skilling Forever New’s internal developers;
  • Aligent’s tailored PIM data structure and seamless integration enabled efficient product data enrichment, translation and internationalisation;.
  • A bespoke checkout UX design proven via usability testing was implemented with one of Australia’s first headless React SPAs 
  • Sophisticated Search and Merchandising complemented with AI-driven product recommendations
